To start sending applications into your Applications app, an agency needs to be set up with an Applications occurrence. 

To do so, edit the Agency, and add an occurrence to Applications Apps:

Within the Agent Portal settings tab, you can set:

  • the appearance of your Agent Portal

  • the Knowledgebase from which to display internal help articles

  • the details to display the Information tab within the portal

  • the terms and conditions your establishment expects an Agent to follow

Non-Super users can see the Portal URL, main Applications occurrence and basic look of the portal on the Portal tab.
