The Quality Check status is where a sample of applications end up after an offer is made.
The Quality Check system in the Applications app works by selecting a sample of applications after an offer has been made. A Super User can then review this sample to see how accurate the Users making the offers are.
An application in the Quality Check status will remain there until a Super User takes an action.
The actions available to Super Users are:
Refer
Reject
Agree Offer
Edit Offer
The Refer action allows a Super User to refer the application to a colleague for a second opinion. Once the referral has been sent, the application will move to the Pending status.
The Reject action allows a Super User to reject an application. When rejecting an application, the User must enter a reason for the rejection. Once the application has been rejected, it will move to the Rejected status.
The Agree Offer action allows a Super User to agree with the original offer. Once the offer has been agreed, the application will move to the Conditions Outstanding status.
The Edit Offer action allows a Super User to edit the original offer. Once the offer has been edited and saved, the application will move to the Conditions Outstanding status.
