What rules govern 'From Name' and 'From Address'

When sending a single email to a student using the triple-dot menu or via the Chase by Email action, the default From Name and Email details are:

  • For single-send emails, the From Name and Email will be the current User's Name and Email Address. 

  • For the Student Chaser Email, the From Name and Email will be per the template in Setup.
