From the Agent Portal agents can submit and manage applications on a student's behalf. They can also view their agency's activity, and see all documents shared with them.
Submitting and managing applications
Applications can be viewed, managed and submitted from the Applications tab.
This tab gives access to all documents you've shared with the agent. Bold highlights make it easy for the Agent to see what they have, and haven't read yet.
The agency tab gives the agent more information about their agency and colleagues activities. This is also where the agent can find information from their employing establishment.
The Help tab allows you to assist your Agents by providing a place to answer common questions, via a Knowledgebase.
