Quite often agents will submit an application on behalf of the student they represent.
Agents will usually submit the application with their (agent) email address in place of the student's email address. This allows agents to fully manage the application process.
The CRM handles this by creating separate student records for each applicant. This means that all passwords and other details are completely separate for each of the agent's applications.
This ensures that agents can log in and manage the application of each student they are representing.
This process is different if you are using the Agent Manager or Agent Portal apps.
