The Student CRM platform will be undergoing routine maintenance on Wednesday, 28 June 2023 during off-peak hours to minimise disruptions to your user experience. Here is the maintenance schedule:
From 20:00:
The platform may experience some latency, potentially making it slower than usual.
Processing of Passive Applications (APV) will be paused. Any applications in progress will be resumed once the maintenance is over.
From approximately 22:00:
All background processing will be temporarily suspended.
Please note, the platform may be inaccessible for a brief period of up to 5 minutes.
After 23:00:
All services should resume to normal functioning. Any paused processes will catch up and complete.
