Use Opportunities to set up collaborations and track their progress

Adding the Stage and Statuses

Before you can start converting Leads into Opportunities, you'll need to set up your Stages, Statuses, and Channel types.

In Settings, go to the Setup: Dropdowns tab. This is where you can add the Opportunity Stages, Statuses, and Types:

Adding a New Opportunity

On the Opportunities tab, click the Plus icon to start your new Opportunity. Fill out as little or as much information as you have at this time - the only required field is the Opportunity name.

You can quickly duplicate similar Opportunities by clicking the Clone icon.

Developing the Opportunity

To view your Opportunity, and add updates, click the Magnifying Glass icon.

From here you can use the tabs to add details to your Opportunity, such as a history of your progress:

The contacts associated with your Opportunity:

Create Tasks to move the Opportunity forward:

And record Links pertinent to the Opportunity:
