Scenario: As an officer in Applications Active (APS), you are processing an application with an agent's email. The agent has asked to be copied in on all comms you send to the applicant. With this CC feature, you can set it for all applications, or choose one at a time.

If an application has an agent's email, the CC control appears every time you communicate with the student:

  • 1-2-1 student emails

  • 1-2-1 portal messages

  • Letters generated in Actions

Q. Can I disable this 'CC to an agent' feature for all applications?

A. Yes.

Q. Can I choose when to CC in the agent?

A. Yes, on a per-application basis, you can choose.
