Note: While you can see document uploads from students, agents, officers, and the CRM, only those uploaded by students and agents are marked as unseen.
Optionally, your Officers can also choose how often they receive off-platform email alerts - ensuring they're notified in a way that suits their working style.

Q. What does “Seen and Unseen” mean?
A. This filter allows you to sort documents based on whether they have been viewed. To review only new uploads, simply select the Unseen filter.
Q. What does “Uploaded by” refer to?
A. This filter lets you view documents based on who uploaded them—either the student or their agent.
Q. What does “Status” mean?
A. This shows the current status of the application associated with the uploaded document.
Q. What happens if an application has multiple unseen documents?
A. Clicking any document in the list takes you to the application’s Documents tab, where all its documents are shown together. New uploads are clearly marked as Unseen, and once viewed or downloaded, they’re updated to Seen — with the name of the officer who viewed them.
Q. What does the notifications badge number represent?
A. It shows the total number of unseen documents. This count refreshes automatically, usually within 15 seconds.
Q. Do I need to set up email notifications?
A. Email notifications are optional. Some institutions find it useful to receive off-platform reminders every 10, 30, or 60 minutes - or every 4 hours or once daily.
