When you select email for your Campaign, you can select an HTML template from Template Builder.

This template needs to contain a tag which is replaced with the content of the email.

When building your template, please include [xxxreplace_with_contentxxx] where the content will appear. It's usually the body of the email, in between the header and the footer.
