Unfortunately it's not possible to add videos directly into email campaigns or touchpoints.
This is because:
Many email clients consider it to be a security risk so won't display them.
It's hostile to people on limited data plans.
Instead, you can use the video option in Easy Builder to make a link look like a video.
❗ Please note: You can only use share links from YouTube or Vimeo.
From the content types, select "Video".
Use the configuration settings to automatically pull in the thumbnail and overlay with the correct 'play' icon, set alt text, change the thumbnail transparency, and change the bottom link if required (for example, if the video is embedded on a page on your website).
For 'Classic' templates or within a touchpoint
Take the first frame of your video and put a "Play" button in the center, or create an animated GIF using one of the many tools available online.
