We use sessions to ensure the security of the CRM. When you use the back button, it can break your session, causing the platform to get confused as to where you are. When this happens, the platform will drop you back into the "safe harbour" of the home page.

To ensure this doesn't happen again, you shouldn't use your back button as part of the way you navigate the site.
