In Contact Manager you can see the graduations for each contact on their Record Card, on the 'Graduations' subtab:

How to add Graduation Records
One at a time (manually by an officer) as above. This allows you to add, edit or even delete graduation records one at a time. It is not the faster way if you have lots to add.
In bulk (using Data Manager's Import tool). This way you can import up to 10,000 gradations at a time. If the student exists already you will add the incoming graduation record to their existing Contact Manager alumnus record. If the student does not already exists it can be created at the time of import. See how here.
FAQs
Q. How many graduations can each student/alumnus have?
A. Up to 1,000. That should do it.
Q. Can I delete lots of graduations (if I made a mistake importing them for example)?
A. If you want to DIY it is possible but not advisable for more than 100 records. You will need to ask customer Support to manage a special data deletion run for you, and you may incur a cost.
Q. What do I enter in each field?
A. That is up to you. In the Contacts Import Guide we suggest you use all 5 available fields as follows:
