Unfortunately, the MobileEventPad (MEP) app is currently not available via the Google Play Store for Android devices beyond version 11, where the associated account has never previously installed the app.
So if you've previously downloaded it, everything will work as normal.
However, if you have a brand new account and a brand new device, please read on.
As a temporary solution, we're making the current, verified version of the Google Play Store APK available to be downloaded for sideloading here:
After downloading the APK, please follow the steps:
Find the file on your mobile device and open it.
By default, sideloading apps is disabled so you may get a pop-up which will take you to your settings.
Toggle the switch on to "Allow From This Source"
Then you can finish installing the app.
Once the installation is complete, we recommend toggling the "Allow From This Source" back off.
