Learning how to use Student CRM is easy with our range of materials and courses to help you get started with the platform.
Product Tours and Training Videos
Each module within Student CRM has self-guided training resources available. When you first log in, you'll be given a guided product tour of the module, and at the end you'll have the opportunity to watch a training video that shows you how to navigate and use the functions and features.

Each of these training course videos is also available here in the Help Centre so you can access them at any time, or create a learning plan for yourself and other users.
Each Training Course Video has a short quiz at the end to test your understanding of what you've just seen.
Regular workshops and webinars
As part of our commitment to the Student CRM community, we host regular interactive online sessions, which any Student CRM user can attend. The events cover a wide range of topics, including new platform features, best practices, how to address new recruitment challenges in partnership with Student CRM.
Practical guidance in the Help Centre
Within the Help Centre, you can search for the answers to hundreds of Frequently Asked Questions, covering practical situations encountered by real users. If you need to, you can contact Support directly from the Help Centre for additional help from the team.
Your own Knowledgbase
Your organisation will also have an Internal Knowledgebase as part of Student CRM. This gives you the opportunity to share Best Practice on topics such as organising open days or contacting students after an event. Use this resource to help with knowledge transfer as your team grows and changes.
Onboarding sessions for CRM Managers
There's also the opportunity for new CRM Managers to become acquainted with the platform with a series of one-to one in-depth coaching sessions.
These can be delivered remotely or on-campus, as suits your time and budget, as part of the Client Solution Services we offer.
