Email reports are available for Touchpoints, Campaigns and in the Comms Centre App (for Grabs). It can be in a number of different places, depending on which app you're using.

Comms Centre

In your Comms Centre App: go to My Apps > Comms Centre > Sent and click the Stats icon next to any ad-hoc email.

Comms Log

In any app with a Comms Log tab: go to My Apps > Pre-Applicant Open Days > Comms Log tab > Display 'type = email' and 'status = sent', and click the Stats icon next to any email campaign.

Campaigns

In any app with a Campaigns tab: go to Campaigns tab > Display 'type = email' and 'status = sent', and click the Stats icon next to any email campaign.

Touchpoints

In any app with a Workflows tab: go to Workflows tab, and click the Stats icon next to any email touchpoint.
