The Regions tool is used to group countries into regions. For example, you could create an EU region or an Asian region. A country can only belong to a single region, but you can have as may as required in one Region.

You can then use these regions:

  • To segment and search for students

  • As Touchpoint conditions, ensuring the correct students get the correct information.

  • In Active Applications, to view on the dashboard how many total applications are from a particular Region

  • To assign tasks to a set of people who deal with that Region.

This is very handy when dealing with large numbers of international students.
