This allows you to automatically communicate with people who did Not Attend your event.

After Confirming the attendees, an event has effectively been closed to any changes the status of the attendee (for instance, you will not be able to change a Not Attended to Attended).

Overnight, the system will sort the Not Attended people and work out if they have any more events/open days available and sends them either the Not Attended or Not Attended EOS. The Not Attended email can include a link back to your Open Day booking form so they can book for another event.
