What is a 'Not Attended End of Season' (EOS) Workflow?

Automatically send touchpoints to those who didn't make it to any events this season

This allows you to automatically communicate with people who did Not Attend your event, and there are no more suitable events for them to attend.

A Booked person will move to the Not attended EOS workflow when there are no suitable events/open days for this person, based on the course they have selected.

โ— Please note: To ensure that students receive the correct touchpoints, Not Attended End of Season status is evaluated the morning after the event attendance has been confirmed. Please see this article for more detail.

At this point you may want to direct this student to a Campus Tour or other events you have advertised on your website.
