This allows you to automatically communicate with people who have Booked your event.
A typical booked workflow will contain several Touchpoints, for example:
1. An instant booking confirmation email with booking reference.
2. X days before the event send a reminder email about the event date with additional information.
3. One or two days before the event, send the handy fast-track registration/entry email with a QR Code to ensure you get as many people register on the day as possible.
4.On the day, send a brief welcome message or last minute notice by SMS or email.
If you need to send any last minute communications for any reason, such as a room change, you can use Grab to send an email or SMS text message to the people who have booked. You can select the faculty and course of the people who will get this message if it only concerns some bookings.
