This allows you to automatically communicate with people you have Invited to your event.
You may or may not wish to have Touchpoints (TP) on this Workflow (WF). Any communication needs to include a link to the booking form, or the page on your website that links to the booking form as it may contain additional information about the event and important instructions, like the example below.
You could also use a Label touchpoint to produce address labels for Invitation postcards or letters with the web address of your booking form.
You can Grab from other apps and send them to Event Manager or Pre-app Open Days occurrences. This puts the people you grabbed onto the Invited workflow.
