You can add a note to an Agent by clicking the More Options dots, then Add Note.
This opens an area for you to type your note into, select a Note Type and save the note. Please be aware that notes only support plain text - any formatting such as italics or links will not show up.
Like Department and Relationship fields, Super Users can add new Note Types which suit your establishment. Some useful note types may include: ‘meeting’, ‘inspection’, or ‘telephone call'.
Once the note is saved, it is permanently saved against the Agent. It can be edited, but not deleted. This means that you could add a quick note, then expand or amend it later.
