Student CRM provides help from human beings 9am to 5.30pm (UK time) Monday to Friday, from our offices on the south coast of England.
You can start a new conversation any time 24/7 and you can speak to our AI agent, who'll pass you on to a human when we're next available.
Questions and problems
We'll usually be able to answer your question very quickly but if it gets more in-depth we can share screens or take you into a video call. We aim to answer your question within 24 hours.
All technical problems are fixed by our team of in-house developers and critical issues will be prioritised and dealt within hours.
Changes to your CRM setup
Starting a new conversation is also the quickest way to make a change request as well. Just click on the green Messenger and let us know what you'd like us to change for you!
Feature Ideas
If you've got an idea for a new feature or possible improvement to Student CRM, you just need to let your User Group Representative know and they'll add it to our Roadmap list.
