How to manage Territories in Agent Manager

Territories are a useful way of organising your Agents. You can use Territories in segments to ensure that the correct Agents will get your comms.

To add a new Territory go to the Territories tab within settings, and click the  Plus icon.

Next, fill out the form. Give your territory a name, a leader, what countries are in it, an email and name for your agents to contact, and finally set it active.

If something's not quite right, you can always go back and edit the territory, or make it inactive.
