You can add a new organisation by using the Plus button on the top right when viewing the Organisations tab. This will bring up an empty form with fields you can type to complete.
To save time, the minimum amount of information required to add a new organisation is the organisation's name. The rest of the details be completed at a later date if you prefer.

Before anything else, it's best to do a search for the new Organisation, as the built-in database may already have the organisation's details. As you start to type the name into the search field, it will present a list of matching addresses underneath. If the Organisation can be found, then click the entry, and the address fields will be automatically completed.
This built-in database contains the most current addresses of millions of business around the world. It will save you hours of typing, and frustration by ensuring the address details you have are always correct. In the UK, this data is provided by Royal Mail. In other countries, this data is updated by other authorities. You may find it helpful to update the organisation's name to match what is found in the search, as this is their official name.
To search for an address outside the UK, first select the country from the Country drop-down before performing your search.
Using this address search does use your prepaid PAF look-up credits. Your contact at Data Harvesting can reorder extra credit packs whenever you need them.
Add in the type of organisation from the drop-down list. New types can be added by your Super User to manage the sorts of organisations you interact with, such as a stationery supplier.
The website will accept one URL for this organisation.
This only leaves you with the About field. This is a good place to add in information that will always be visible on the organisation's record card, such as opening hours. Notes added the record will only be visible from the Activities tab.
Once you are happy with the Organisation's record, simply click save, and the organisation will be added to your A-Z index.
