You can set a default email template for each one-to-one email sent to your Agents.

Within the Email Template tab, simply use Load a Template to select a preexisting template from Template Builder.

Alternately, you can build a new template using the text editor, just remember to include the merge field "[xxxreplace_with_contentxxx]".
