To create a form from scratch, simply click the Plus icon.
You'll then see a series of bus stops that will lead you through the creation process. This series of help articles will lead you through a quick overview of each section.
Step 1: About
Here you name your form.
From this screen, you can also add:
a description to help explain to colleagues (or yourself) what the form is for
tags to quickly find a form or sort forms into virtual categories
archive the form if it's no longer needed
add the form to your templates folder to be cloned by other users
Archiving a form will hide it from the form list unless the "Show archived forms" checkbox is ticked.
Please note: Archiving a form may not stop students from submitting it if they have the link, for example in an older email.
The title of the form also shows it's status on every page.
