Archiving Touchpoints

What to do with your Touchpoint when it's not required anymore

If you have a Touchpoint that's outlived it's usefulness, you can now set it's status to "Archive".

Once a Touchpoint is set to Archived, it is hidden from the workflow unless the "Show archived touchpoints" checkbox is ticked at the top of the page.

This is handy for keeping your list of Touchpoints tidy, especially if you have many Touchpoints that were testers or contained incorrect information.

If at a later date you want to resurrect an archived Touchpoint, simply change the status back to draft or live.
