Comms include any communications you have with the agent, e.g. emails. Each communication is recorded as an individual activity, with the text, date, and time logged. If an agent is included in a bulk broadcast, i.e. they are one of many agents getting the same email, then every agent will have a copy logged in their Activities.
You can only send an SMS to an agent if they have a UK mobile phone number, and you can only send an email to an agent if they have an email address. The icons for these tools will not appear if it is not possible to use them.
All comms added to Agent Manager are permanently recorded. They cannot be edited or deleted by you or any other user. All comms activities for agents working within the same agency are then aggregated in the agency's ‘Activities’ tab.
