A Secure Message is a private, threaded conversation between you and your overseas agents, typically linked to a specific application. You can exchange updates, ask questions, and resolve issues. All replies are appended in a single thread, making it easy to follow the discussion.
Each message thread is stored permanently and is searchable in the Agent Platform’s Audit Log, ensuring you can always retrieve past conversations.
Where to Use Secure Messages
Agent Platform (for Agents)
Agents log in to their Agent Platform and send messages to your admissions team.
Messages sent from the Agent Platform await replies from your admissions officers.
Agent Manager (for Admissions Officers)
Admissions officers can log in to Agent Manager to start new Secure Message threads or reply to messages initiated by agents.
This is ideal when you want to communicate with an agent about multiple or ongoing applications.
How to Send or Reply to a Secure Message
Agents send Secure Messages by logging in to the Agent Platform and selecting the relevant application. They can either initiate a new conversation or continue an existing thread.
Admissions Officers can use Agent Manager to start a conversation or respond to messages sent by agents.
