Once you've created a segment, you can use the following tools to manage them:
Search your Segments
Use the filters to search for segments based on Owner, Status, Name or Date and Shared status.
Actions
Click the Magnifying glass to view the Segment details of a shared Segment.
Click the Edit pencil to amend your own Segments.
Click the Repeat arrow to re-run the segment results.
Click the Dustbin to delete the results of that segment.
Click the number of records found to view the records, and Grab them.
Archive Segments
If you no longer have need for a particular segment, you can go back and Edit the segment's status and Archive it. Segments can also be archived by clicking the Filing Cabinet icon.

Q. How can I manage segment accessibility when the original owner has left?
A. As Segments can only have one owner, you'll need to contact Customer Support with the name & ID of the previous user and the name & ID of a current user you'd like the segments transferred to, and the Technical team will do the transfer for you.
