We know that it's difficult in those early 'get to know you' days. Here's a short list of our best features.

  1. It’s 100% web based. You can login from any device, anywhere. Very useful if you have to hot-desk or you’re out of the office a lot.

  2. Student CRM was specifically built to manage relationships with your students. So everything you see within the system is designed with Higher and Further Education needs in mind.

  3. We don’t want you to struggle with the basics, so we've made our software easy for you to get started.

  4. It will make common, repetitive admin tasks a thing of the past. You get to do more recruiting and less copying and pasting. That's got to be a good thing!

What's SO good about Student CRM?

Life BEFORE 😔

Life AFTER 😀

Things do eventually get done, but sometimes they take too long

So many of the little things we used to do manually are now automated

We have lots of spreadsheets everywhere

This is so easy to use

We have to keep contacting students to get the information we need

When we collect student information, we get everything we need in one go

When a key member of staff is away things stop until they get back

The built-in reports show us instantly how things are going

When we are in a hurry we make mistakes

This has saved us so much time

Our messages are different depending on who writes them

We now maintain regular contact with students with less effort

There is no one place displaying everything to do with one student

Every student is added to our Student Database - everything in one place

During our busiest times, our team is overloaded and can't keep up

We can make quick changes really easily

We are under pressure all the time

I don't know how we coped before
