My password isn't accepted
Passwords are case-sensitive, so double check you haven't got caps lock on by accident.
I can't remember my password
If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by clicking on the 'Forgotten your password' link. You'll be asked to provide the email address you registered with and a password reset link will be emailed to you.
I lost my 2-factor authentication and backup codes
Contact your User Admin. They will be able to view the 2FA tab on your profile and reset your 2FA settings by clicking "reset this users 2FA":
This will remove any 2FA systems you had set up and delete your backup codes so you can start over.
I didn't receive the password reset email
If you don't receive the email, check your Spam or Junk mail folders. Make sure you have entered the correct email address for your user account.
I get an error when I try to reset my password
The password reset link will expire after 15 minutes. You will need to request a new one if you don't manage to click it in time.
Accidentally double clicked the link? This will also cause an error. Request a new one and make sure you click just once.
