If you have forgotten your details to log into Student CRM, select the 'Forgotten your password?' link on the Student CRM login page.

Put your email into the "Username" field and click "Reset Password"

You will receive an email from Student CRM which will take you to the 'Change Password' page.

Please note: this email will expire in 15 minutes.

You can then choose a new password for your account. Make sure it's a strong one, without any common phrases and plenty of unusual characters. We recommend storing your password in a secure password manager.
