To change your user profile information:
If a user's Email Address needs changing, please contact Customer Support.
Access your profile by clicking your user name at the top, or by pressing "M" on your keyboard,
Make the changes to each row needed:
3. Then click "Save changes".
Please note: The Telephone & Mobile fields have validation to ensure they are a UK number, starting with "+44".
However, the EXT field is free from any validation, meaning they could be used for international phone numbers.
To view your permissions:
From your user profile you can also view your Permissions - this is where you can see what you have access to in Student CRM. To make change just contact any of your User Admins listed and they will update them for you:
