Do I need to log out?
If you leave your computer unattended, even for a short time, you should always log out using the 'log out' link in the top right of the screen, or use the "L" short-cut key.
It is important that you safeguard your CRM and do not accidentally allow non-authorised users to gain access to it.
The system will automatically log you out after 4 hours of inactivity. Ie, if you work in another application on your computer, work in a different window/tab in your browser or do not change pages in the CRM, this is all seen as inactivity.
How do I Log Out?
To Log Out, click on the Jump menu at the top of the screen and select the 'Log out' option. You can also press "L" to bring up the Log-Out Modal.
How do I change my password?
To reset your password:
Press M on your keyboard to bring up 'My Profile'
Click onto the "Security" tab.
Enter your current password in the Current Password box, then your new password in the New Password box and type it again in the Password Confirm box.
Click the Save button to save your changes.
How often should I change my password?
We recommend that you change your password at least every 6 months.
A valid password must be at least 8 characters long and over 40% in password strength on the meter. We recommend your password be a lengthy memorable phrase, such as one generated from passphra.se.

Is my password safely stored?
User passwords are stored securely in an unreadable format and cannot be translated back into plain text.
If you forget your password, even Data Harvesting Administrators cannot tell you your password because it is kept in an unreadable state. Because of this you will need to use the Reset Password feature on the login page.
