From time to time you may want to check to ensure you have the latest forms on your Tablet. You may have just had an update done to a form by the Student CRM Customer Service team and want to make sure everything is updated on your tablet.
In order to ensure you have the latest forms, what you need to do is:
Under Settings on the CRM, go to the Forms tab.
Click to edit the form, and check the "Re-Import Form?" box.
Ensure the tablet is connected to the internet.
Open the Mobile Event Pad app.
Tap the cog icon in the upper right hand corner of the app.
Tap on the Update Occurrences option.
The app will then make sure everything is completely up to date.
Once it's done, you can go back to the rest of the app by tapping the Mobile Event Pad icon in the upper left corner.
You can now sleep soundly knowing you have the very latest forms on your tablet!
