There are 3 steps:

Step 1. Publish it

Click the 'Publish changes to live' button in Web Form Manager:

Step 2. Add it to your events

Add it to your events in Mobile Event Capture:

Step 3. Update occurrences

On your tablet, open the MobileEventPad app:

  1. Tap the cog icon in the upper right hand corner of the app.

  2. Tap on the 'Update Occurrences' option to update the latest events and forms

  3. Your new form will now be ready to use.

Step 4. Complete the form

Once it's on your tablet you see exactly how the form looks and performs. Complete the form to check that each request record comes back into your MEC occurrence, and any touchpoints are sent out.

Keeping things tidy

You can remove your test requests from Mobile Event Capture, and your test students from Student Database as well. Not vital, but it's good practice to tidy up your test data after testing.

Now you're all ready to start collecting students' requests on  your tablet.
