When student data enters the CRM via a web form, it is put through a number of procedures to ensure that the data is uniformly formatted.

  1. The student email address is made lowercase. For example, Test@Example.COM will be saved in Student CRM as test@example.com

  2. The first letter of the title, names, address fields and country will be made uppercase. For example, mr tim smith, 55 le high street, paris, france will be saved as Mr Tim Smith, 55 High Street, Paris, France.

  3. Letters in the postcode are all made uppercase. For example bh12 3dq will be saved as BH12 3DQ.

  4. Any spaces before or after the name fields or email will be removed.
