The CRM uses the .csv format for data downloads because it is more flexible then the .xls Microsoft Excel format.<br> <br> .xls is only used by Microsoft Excel, while the .csv format is a standard format used by many different types of software.<br> <br>When you open a .csv file in Excel, you may notice some unwanted changes to the formatting of numbers.
