If you had issues using Mobile Event Pad during your event, you can send us the logs to look through and check for errors.

To send the log file from the iPad:

  1. Open the Mobile Event Pad app on the iPad

  2. Click on the Cog icon to go to Settings

3. Click on View Log.

4. Click on Send to Server.

5. Raise a support request to let us know you have sent the log file and describe any issues you experienced.
