How to change the size of the Mobile Entry Pass QR Code

While Mobile Entry Pass barcodes have been designed to be the perfect size over a range of devices, we understand there may be times it needs to be a different size. This article describes how to do so.

QR Codes

Please be aware, the minimum recommended size for QR Codes is 201 x 201 px. Any smaller, or of a different ratio than square, and the QR Code cannot be scanned.

When generating your QR Code, you can use the size slider to set its size.

If you're not happy with the generated size, simply double-click the image, and use the slider to amend the size.

Barcodes

Please be aware, the minimum recommended size for standard (code 39) barcodes is 100 x 200 px. Any smaller, and the barcode cannot be scanned.


There are two ways of changing the Mobile Entry Pass barcode size inside of an email touchpoint.

Firstly, you can click and drag the barcode's bounding box in the text editor:

Secondly, you can edit the Touchpoint's source code as highlighted below.
