All of our event apps - Pre-app Open Days, Applicant Open Days and Event Manager - give you the option of sending a Mobile Entry Pass QR Code to your attendees by email.
Simply set up a new Touchpoint on your Booked Workflow. We recommend this goes out on day before your event.
Your attendees can then present this QR Code on their smartphone at Registration to be scanned.
Setting up your Fast-Track registration email:
1. Add a new Touchpoint to your Booked Workflow, with the QR Code in the contents. See these articles for help on setting this up in the relevant Event App:
2. Edit the Touchpoint content to suit your requirements. It has already been optimised for easy reading on a smartphone.
3. At Registration, ask each attendee to present their phones with the Mobile Entry Pass QR Code showing, then scan the screen either using the Event Day Scanner App, or the Opticon PX-20 barcode scanner.
4. Compile all of your QR Codes and Confirm your Attendees!

Q. Does my QR Code have to be a specific size?
A. To preserve readability, the smallest your QR can be is 201px x 201px. Please see this article for advice on changing the size.
Q. What if I want to go back to using Standard (Code 39) Barcodes?
A. No problem. In the source of your Touchpoint, change the image to the below, based on your app:

Q. Can I change the colour of my QR Code?
A. Yes. Either select the colour you want ahead of adding the QR code to the touchpoint, or double click to bring the modal up to change the colour:
