The Verify Conditions status is where applications arrive once they have had all of their conditions marked as satisfied. Applications require manual verification that the conditions are satisfied.

When an application is in the Verify Conditions status, the following actions are available:

  • Marking a condition as verified

  • Marking a condition as not satisfied.

If you mark a condition as verified, you are confirming that the condition is satisfied. Once all conditions are verified, the application will move to Complete status, or Need CAS status for International departments.

If you mark a condition as not satisfied, the application will move back to the Conditions Outstanding (or Deposit Outstanding if the deposit condition was marked as not satisfied) status.

Applications will not move out of the Verify Conditions status without manual verification of the conditions.
