The Deposit Outstanding status is where applications that have the deposit condition outstanding, and all other conditions are satisfied.
The Deposit Outstanding touchpoints usually remind the student that they still have to pay their deposit.
When an application is in the Deposit Outstanding status, the following actions are available:
Chase by Email
Mark as Paid
The Chase by Email action allows a CRM User to manually send an email to remind the student about their outstanding conditions. This email loads in a template and the content can then be customised if required.
The Mark as Paid action allows a Superuser to manually mark a deposit as paid. When a Superuser marks the deposit as paid, the application will move to the Verify Conditions status.
