The Rapid Response app allows an Establishment to collect online requests for further information from a student. It can also follow-up each request with a personalised contact plan. It integrates with Enquiries, so any specific questions from students will get added to your Enquiries queue.

The Dashboard tab

This tab allows you to see brief stats of recent information request activity.

The Requests tab

This tab allows you to see the individual student requests, and apply filters to find specific records.

Clicking on the Magnifying icon will give you all the details of a record, which are also recorded on the Student's Record.

These records are 'snapshots in time' so will not change. For example, if a student submits two records for different courses of interest, the current course of interest will be updated on the Student Record, but the Rapid Response records will always show the two different choices.

The PDF Log tab

This tab is where letter and label PDFs from Ad-hocs, Touchpoints, and SDDs are stored for downloading.

Click the Down arrow to download the PDF, and the Printer icon to mark that you've downloaded and printed the PDF.

The Ad-Hocs tab

This tab shows a record of all Grab communications sent from within Rapid Response, as well as any downloads made.

Click the Graph icon to see the results report of an Email or SMS Ad-Hoc message.

The In-App Reports tab

This tab contains all the In-app reports you can run against the data in this occurrence.

The Forms tab

This tab displays which forms feed into this occurrence, and other details about them, such as where they are located on your website.
