You can add text to the programme for Applicant Open Days in various places during Day setup, including:

These appear on the programme for all bookings in that course group, for all Events. For example, this could be used for an Art Course Group to remind the student to bring their portfolio with them.

These appear on the programme for all bookings for that particular Event only, and can be used to give more information about that event, for example if you need the student to bring something to their interview.

These texts appear on the programme for all bookings on that Date. The Header text appears at the top of the programme, and the Footer text appears at the very bottom.

These texts appear on the programme for bookings that have selected a specific activity, and can give an overview of of the activity's details.

These texts appear on the programme for bookings that have selected a specific activity slot, and can be used to highlight specific things about that slot, for example if the activity for that slot will meet in a different place.
