Glossary:

Pre-App Open Days are made up of two main elements, Open Day Dates and Faculty Events.

Open Day Dates are on a specific campus with a target year of entry, capacity and are associated with levels of study.

Open Day Dates can have activities that all students attending on that date will be offered when booking. These activities can be optional or required.

Faculty Events link your Open Day Dates to Faculties. You’ll need to create a Faculty Event for each Faculty you want to participate in the Open Day Date.

Faculty Events can also have activities but don’t have to have them. Only students on the specified Open Day Date and Faculty will be offered these activities when booking. These activities can be optional or required.

Activities are individual activities that occur throughout the day. A few examples of Activities are Registration, Lecture or Guided Tour.

All Activities have slots. Slots are time slots that students book for that Activity. Time slots can be set throughout a day with specific durations. Students select one Slot for each Activity when booking an Open Day.

At the end of the student booking process, the students get a personal programme for the Open Day based on the course they selected and the activities they have booked.

Course Text can be added for each course available, allowing the personal programme to also display course specific information.
