I have received a referral email from you. What should I do?
If you have received an Application Referral email, similar to the below, then this means you have been asked to review the details of the application attached. If you have any questions, or need to give feedback on the application in question, please contact the referrer named within the email directly.
How can I send an application to a colleague outside the Platform for review?
By using the "Refer" action, Applications can be emailed to a third party without a Student CRM login for review.
Select a recipient from your address book, or type in a new referrer and add your comments before sending so the third party knows what you're asking them to check.
Regular referrer details can set up by Super Users inside Settings: Address Book.
