A: iOS 11.

A: Yes. As long as it runs iOS 11 or higher.

A: No. However, you need a number to receive the SMS with the code.

A: Yes. You can use both together if you want.

Q: Does the app store student data when scanning?
A: No. Just a booking number.

Q: Do I need to invite app users?
A: Yes. This is how they get their code.

Q: Can we add users after we've sent them an event code?
A: Yes, you can add new users at any time.

Q: How far in advance of the event can I create the codes?
A: The codes can be sent out as soon as the event is created, and remain valid for 7 days after the event date.

Q: What happens if an app user loses their event code?
A: You will need to remove the person from the event, re-add them and resend the code.

Q: I've accidentally sent too many codes to one person. Which one should they use?
A: They must use the last code received, as the others will not work.

Q: Can you use one code to activate many devices?
A: Yes, but we do not recommend this. You will lose accountability and the ability to see detailed reports!
